Orders and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Shipping

Premium letters are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times may vary based on your location and postal service conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a letter has been generated. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by Christmas-Letter.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The personalized letters generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print, display, and share your child's letter with family and friends, but you may not sell, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting information through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information for the purpose of providing our Service (generating and delivering your personalized letter).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to refuse to generate letters containing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

Disclaimer

Letters are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive to create high-quality, appropriate content, we cannot guarantee that every letter will be perfect. We recommend parents review letters before sharing them with children.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christmas-Letter.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
